NS 110 - Night Nursing I(7) Begins the development of psychomotor, cognitive and affective competencies needed to assume the roles of the associate degree nurse; intro to the nursing process focusing on assessment of diverse individuals across the life span; with emphasis on communication and teaching, students plan and implement interventions to promote and maintain wellness and provide care to individuals experiencing variation in function; clinical experiences provided in a variety of community based settings. Prereq(s): BIOL 1430, BIOL 2010, BIOL 2020, BIOL 2230; with concurrency PSYC 2130 Class 4 hours and clinical 9 hours
