The Tennessee Board of Regents community colleges that offer an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AASN) program are collaborating to offer an online associate degree program to prepare registered nurses. The Regents Online Degree Program (RODP) AASN program is designed as a hybrid curriculum with nursing theory delivered in an asynchronous interactive online environment. The nursing laboratory and clinical practice experiences require on-ground, face-to-face interaction and supervision by nursing faculty at a designated home school.
