AA 106 - Design Principles(3)
Intro to the basic visual elements and principles of 2-dimensional design; surface, depth, perspective, scale, size, shape, line, movement, balance, texture, value, contrast, emphasis, rhythm, light, unity, variety; components, structure and use of color. The student will be introduced to problem identification, analysis, brainstorming, and idea refinement, as they relate to the above principles.
