 The following curriculum shows the graduation requirements to obtain an Associate of Science degree at Chattanooga State. It does not provide all of the required prerequisite junior level courses necessary to apply for admission to a four year institution as a pre-veterinary medicine major. To ensure proper guidance toward meeting these requirements please contact the advising center or your academic advisor. Pre-Veterinary Medicine majors are welcome to take VETT 1010 (Introduction to Veterinary Technology) which is an open enrollment course for anyone who loves animals to discuss careers in Veterinary Medicine, breed identification of many species and some common diseases.

The history sequence required by the transfer institution must be taken. To transfer to a Tennessee Board of Regents 4-year institution, six-hour sequence in American History should be taken.
