NUCM 1100 - Patient Care in Imaging

(1 Credit Hour)
This course aims to equip students with the essential skills to provide quality patient care in imaging. It covers various topics, including radiation safety, ethics, patient care, diversity, infection control, vital signs, age-specific considerations, medical emergencies, imaging procedures, pharmacology, and venipuncture. By the end of the course, the participants will have developed a solid understanding of patient care principles. They will be better equipped to assist with procedures and care for their patients.
