MS 214 - Innovative Team Leadership

Develops knowledge of self, self-confidence, and individual leadership skills. Concentrates on problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Emphasizes communication skills such as feedback and conflict resolution. Adventure training skills lab introduces land navigation, rifle marksmanship, mountaineering and optional field training exercises, class 2 hours, and lab 3 hours.
