ET 215 - Statistics and Quality Control for Engineering Technology(3 Credit Hours)
Introduction to statistical reasoning and quality control concepts related to the fields of energy production and distribution, manufacturing, and related business and industry. Topics include descriptive statistics, probability, probability distributions, estimation, hypothesis testing, statistical process control, control charts, and process capability. Relies heavily on the use of Excel and Minitab.
