MATH 0030 - Algebra Learning Support(3 Credit Hours) This course is designed as a corequisite, supplemental course for MATH 1030, Introduction to College Math, whose area of study include applications of using whole numbers, fractions, decimals, percentages, formulas, algebraic expressions and polynomials, properties of exponents, solving linear equations and inequalities, graphing linear equations, basic factoring.
Prereq(s): ACT or Compass placement, College-level Reading. Coreq(s): MATH 1030 [F, S, Su] Note(s): Allow for the student to be below college-level English. Allow for student to be below college-level Math. There are no level of preparedness requirements in any SUBJECT for this course.
This course carries a mutual exclusion with DSPM 0850, MATH 0530, and MATH 0820.
