Intro to necessary skills for servicing and maintenance of buildings and facilities used to house and support production machinery, processes, and storage; lock and key systems, carpentry, finishing for floors, walls, and ceilings, painting, roof maintenance, plumbing, and landscape maintenance activities; class 2 hours, lab 3 hours.
