EETC 2332 - PLC 2(3 Credit Hours) Discrete and continuous automation control systems; principle motors used as actuators in these systems; motor control devices and circuits studied; proportional, integral, and derivative control of 3-control loop model factory analyzed with theoretical discussion and lab investigation; mechanical/thermal transducers analyzed; PLC used for automatic control of factory cell; class 2 hours, lab 3 hours.
