BIOL 1110 - General Biology 1(4 Credit Hours) Class 3 hours, lab 3 hours. A study of elementary chemical concepts as related to the biological sciences: cell structure and function, photosynthesis and cellular respiration, cell division, cellular control, Mendelian and molecular genetics, population genetics and evolution.
