MS 106 - Basic Leadership(2)
Develops basic skills that underline effective problem solving. Examines factors that influence leader and group effectiveness. Emphasis communication skills to include active-listening and feedback techniques. Adventure training skills lab introduces land navigation, rifle marksmanship, mountaineering, and optional field-training exercises, class1 hour, lab 3 hours.
