QA 211 - Root Cause Analysis and Preventive/Corrective Actions(3) Students will learn how to identify and apply various preventive methods including both design and process failure mode and effects analysis. Elements of corrective action and failure/root cause analysis are discussed. Students will learn how to determine whether products or materials meet conformance requirements, use various methods to label and segregate nonconforming materials, and the steps in determining fitness-for-use and product disposition.
