-
The purpose of reorganization is to address a new and important operational requirement within a department/division/office/unit that the existing structure cannot accommodate.

Current and new functions of the department/division/ office/unit.
-
Rationale for the reorganization stating need(s) that cannot be met under present structures.
-
Organizational charts of the department showing positions and the incumbents (include both current and proposed charts).
-
Staffing needs, description of budgetary impact, new functions being added, and changes in current job functions.
-
Date of last reorganization.
-
Impact on other departments, if any.
-
Part II
-
The Director of Human Resources must be consulted on the proposed changes in job responsibilities of incumbents, new positions, and salaries as appropriate.
-
After consultation with the Human Resource Director, the reorganization must be submitted to the President for approval. Reorganization must have prior approval from the President before going into effect.
