06:87:00 Reclassification of Jobs
  1. Changes in job responsibilities which result in assignment to a higher or lower pay range will usually be accompanied by an appropriate adjustment in salary, up or down. The adjusted salary will be set by use of the appropriate salary formula.  Questions regarding reclassification of jobs and salary formulas should be directed to the Human Resource Office.
