Performance Evaluations
06:81:00 Performance Evaluations

 

  1. Each supervisor is responsible for annually evaluating employees in a consistent and objective manner. Information regarding the faculty evaluation process is available from the Vice President for Academic Affairs. Information regarding the professional staff and clerical/support evaluation process is available from The Office of Organizational Culture and Engagement (OCE). 

  2. Employees may submit a written response to their performance evaluation using the designated evaluation form provided by OCE. The response is intended to allow the employee to provide clarification or comments related to the evaluation. 

    1. Responses must be submitted within ten (10) working days of the completion of the evaluation and will be forwarded to the employee’s Vice President for review. The inclusion of a response does not constitute an appeal, grievance, or complaint, and does not alter the evaluation rating unless otherwise determined by the appropriate administrative authority. 

    2. The Vice President’s review of the response completes the evaluation process. Any further review by the President is final. 

  3. For additional information regarding performance evaluations refer to TBR Policy Nos. 5:02:02:10, 5:02:02:30, 5:02:03:10, 5:02:03:30, and 5:02:03:70. Also, please refer to TBR Guideline Nos. P-110 and P-111.
