12:05:00 Discrimination and Harassment - Complaint and Investigation Procedure

1. The purpose of this policy is to guide the orderly resolution of allegations of discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, ethnic or national origin, sex, sexual orientation/gender identity/expression, disability, age as applicable, status as a covered veteran, genetic information and any other category protected by federal or state civil law.
2. Chattanooga State will follow the TBR Guideline P 080 - Discrimination and Harassment Complaint and Investigation Procedures

Policy revised 08/14/2020 - This policy is conditionally approved by the President’s Cabinet as directed by TBR, until such time as the required policy review has taken place.
