- Student and Visitor Parking/Traffic Violation Appeal
- Students who violate campus traffic and parking regulations may appeal to the SGA Student Traffic Appeals Committee within seventy-two (72) hours of receiving the citation. The student will be notified by mail of the committee’s decision. He/she may appeal the decision of the Student Traffic Appeals Committee to the Vice President for Student Affairs within seventy-two (72) hours after he/she is notified of the SGA Committee decision.
- Any visitor who wishes to have a ticket voided should include his/her name and address on the ticket and return it by way of mail or in person to the Vice President for Business and Finance.
- Handicapped Parking violations are not voided. The status regarding handicap parking and related fines are determined by state legislation and guidelines and cannot be overruled by campus authorities.
