The Food and Beverage Management Program is designed to provide a two-year degree for those who desire skills needed in the workforce at large. Students will have experience in a wide range of food service operations from hands on techniques, to team management and leadership. They will also learn all facets of operating an independent restaurant to institutional food facilities with a heavy emphasis on management and leadership.
