Welding Automation

This certificate covers fundamental techniques of automated welding, Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), and welding machine maintenance.  Students obtain preparation for real world trouble shooting and maintenance operations of an automated welding system and an understanding of the American Welding Society (AWS) automated welding certification. After completing this program, students will be ready for a job as a technician to work with automated welding systems and welding system maintenance.
