NS 220 - Night Nursing IV(7)
Enhances development of psychomotor, cognitive and affective competencies needed to assume roles of the associate degree nurse; with continued emphasis on the nursing process, students plan, implement and evaluate interventions to promote, maintain and restore health of diverse individuals across the life span who experience alteration in fluid/gas transport, psychosocial/cultural, elimination, nutrition/metabolism and growth and development functions; students apply the nursing process in caring for adult clients in acute care and community based settings with concentrated experience in women’s health and care of the client with altered psychosocial function. Prereq(s): NS 210 Class 5 hours, clinical 6 hours
