- To be designated official, a transcript must come to Chattanooga State directly from the school either by mail, fax, Docufide, or hand-delivered in a sealed school envelope.
- Current high school students applying for a scholarship at Chattanooga State are required to submit a seventh semester transcript containing grades from the first semester of their senior year, projected graduation date, type of diploma to be awarded or appropriate state test, grade point average, and school principal or counselor’s signature if so reflected on the transcript.
- Please note that seventh semester transcripts are applicable for scholarship consideration only; partial or incomplete transcripts cannot be accepted. An official final transcript is required to complete admission to the college.
