A. To enhance safety and security, all students are required to obtain and carry a current Chattanooga State Student Identification Card. Proper government-issued photo identification (Driver’s License, Passport, etc.) is required to obtain a student ID. Students must have the student ID in possession at all times while on Chattanooga State property and must display the ID card at the request of any Chattanooga State personnel. Student IDs authorize the use of various facilities, gain admission to student events and activities and allow for admission to proctored exams.  Student ID cards must be updated each semester by the Office of Student Life.
