The Wilder-Naifeh Technical Skills Grant

It’s $2,000 per year to earn valuable job skills at
Chattanooga State’s Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT)

Adults of any age and recent high school grads can qualify!

  • Study any of the many technical career programs offered at Chattanooga State’s Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT)
  • Enroll full- or part-time (Some evening programs available.)
  • No high school diploma or GED required for most programs
  • No minimum GPA or GED score required
  • Be a TN resident for one year

These excellent programs will have you career-ready in as little as one year!

Aesthetics

Automotive Technology
Collision Repair
Commercial Truck Driving *** †
Computer Operations Technology
Cosmetology * (high school diploma or GED required)
Cosmetology Instructor * (not eligible for financial aid)
