AA 117 - Digital Studio Foundations(3) Use of the computer as a design tool and illustrative medium for creative solutions. Topics include elementary computer graphics techniques; aesthetics; and principles of design, color, composition, and spatial relationships. Student work includes the layout of pages/screens, creation of illustrative elements requiring freehand drawing, geometrical solutions, original logo-lettering design solutions, critiques/presentations, and printing digital versions of finished solutions.
