06:92:00 Tennessee Uniform Administration Procedures Act
  1. Chattanooga State adheres to procedures established by TUAPA for the purpose of providing uniform procedures for the hearing of cases involving suspension of employees for cause or termination of employees in violation of the employee’s contract; suspension/expulsion of a student or revocation of recognition of a student organization for misconduct or disciplinary reasons; or such other cases as may be designated by the Chancellor or the President.

  2. These procedures are not applicable to termination of faculty for adequate cause. Faculty matters are subject to other provisions.

  3. The President is responsible for implementation of these procedures and has the final decision-making authority in any proceeding subject to these procedures.
