  1. It is the responsibility of each department to maintain records in accordance with TBR guideline G-070. Records may be stored in the warehouse if they are properly identified and the destroy date is noted. A physical plant work order form should be completed to have the items moved to storage. The physical plant will contact the Assistant Vice President of Business and Finance to insure the boxes are properly labeled before transporting.
